For the first time I met a very rude customer service agent at the Werribee store who didn’t want to serve a client who wanted to exchange an item ordered online. This is a great eye opener for the store manager to recruit the right people if you want to have a good reputation. The service agent I’m referring to is an elderly woman who shouted saying that she doesn’t want to serve the client simply because the procedure was lengthy. She was wearing a gray tshirt and the incident took place at 7.15-7.22pm on 4th May 2023. I guess she’s one unhappy woman joined JB Hi Fi to vent her frustration over clients who actually pay her salary.

I was in the store at 9:15am when I requested assistance. The second time I requested help, the girl who looked disinterested stated she’d called sales team twice already. No sales assistant came till 9:35am at which point I walked out of the store. To give context, the store had only 3 customers of which I was one. Worst Customer Service! Disgusting! Not shopping there again

Worst experience from the reception.. Just made me hop on different locations.. Waited for 2 hours for an apple guy... But they dint had any courtesy to tell that nobody was available.. The manager Aaron was very rude as well...Better to go for any other location

Went in at 27 Dec 22 to buy a mid range phone, asked for price match to other retail store but got rejected straightway by the staff who worked at mobile phone section, thought JB High fi does say price match policy on its website but apparently the staff did not want to reward it. Then no worries, just walked out to another retails and bought the same phone with a more competitive price.

The worse customer service I never have .That man has long hair he served me with Ironing and Shaver .He doesn't welcome as also no politely even when we struggle swap gifts card he just look somewhere else .I don't know if JB Hi Fi recognised the way customers treated so I'm so disappointed

Had a nice time but didn't have the vacuum cleaner I wanted in stock. Also didn't have the smart watch I wanted to look at. Bought a lightning charger cable and my other half bought an iron. All went reasonably smoothly except for not having the items in stock which was less smooth.

I wanted a smart watch. I chose one of the display boxes and took it to the counter. The cashier says they didn't have that in stock, nor do any other stores. I went back to look at the different models and the sales person brought back the display box of the item they had no stock for and put it on the shelf for the next person to waste their time.
