Dean is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had so many questions and he came out and explained to me what needed to be done. The cost was way under what I had budgeted for and he was on time and very efficient. Had our septic tanks emptied and can only thank Byford Liquid Waste for the friendly service that was given after Dean had taken the time to explain what was involved and answered the questions I had. Given the service was well overdue, they got on with it without any complaint. The price was better than others I approached for the service who seemed to struggle to give you the time of day. Highly recommend.

Dean was super helpful and came out on the same day as I first called to check out the tanks and see what the issue might be (free of charge). Diagnosed the issue immediately and was able to empty the tanks within a day. Gave verbal quote over the phone straight up - competitive pricing. Highly recommend. A life saver for what seemed like endless plumbing headaches!
