Rarely use the service. Ordered Subway meal for my daughter. The cookies didn’t arrive. I check the email it says to call the store. The store adamant they were put in bag and said the driver must have taken them. Report this to menulog who won’t refund just issue a voucher for next time, even though there won’t be a next time as they are not trustworthy. Customer service is not a service, there was no understanding just “it is what it is.” Disappointing at best.

Absolute trash, waiting on orders to be delivered for 2 hours, communicating with in app chat that provides no real updates, they lie about the status of the order and offers a $10 voucher for the inconvenience. Mean while the restaurant we ordered from(which is a 10 minute walk from our house) closes before a driver is assigned, great job team!

Ran by a bunch of half wits that take your money and run, and that's on top of mediocre service with little to no customer service and the inability to honour anything including basic laws. They've made it impossible to contact anyone with any complaint or concern. My husband signed up to be a courier previously and paid for the routine background check and bag order, they happily took the money and didn't run a check nor send the bags. We let it go. After intermittent issues with the service on and off, we remained understanding until recently, we paid for an order and a driver had not been assigned for almost an hour. No disclaimer about lack of drivers, either. We had a set time to be elsewhere, so we clicked 'cancel order' after waiting so long but it came up with a disclaimer that we won't receive our money if we cancel, so we didn't cancel. We instead contacted the restaurant asking for their advice on cancellation, they apologized and confirmed they had not yet prepared the order due to no driver being assigned, and the restaurant then instructed us to proceed with canceling the order nonetheless and to contact menulog directly for the refund as they agreed we should/would receive one. At their instruction, we cancelled and emailed menulog. The poor communications back and forth went nowhere, I attempted numerous times to get a response to almost NOTHING, and then we were refused a refund after considering all the factors". Furthermore

Never use this service. So many failures and no accountability. Some of the issues include food delivered to wrong address and dumped, no call. Food regularly delivered to my apartment, driver didn't ring buzzer or call resulting in food being cold and inedible, total waste of money. Food delivered with missing items. My last order with this delivery service was dumped at the entrance of my apartments with no attempt to contact me either by intercom or phone. The bag was opened and looked like someone had shuffled through it and items were missing. I contacted Menulog and was told I could only receive a voucher which was less than the amount that I spent. I explained that I wanted a refund as I would not be using this service again and was told it was not possible. Menulog is an epic fail!

Food was never delivered. Menulog refused to give me a refund. They also can’t give any driver details and won’t even contact the driver for you. They also have no contact number and only deal with issues via chat. The chat team always close the chat saying they can’t help any further. Absolutely pathetic service

On Monday 27th of February I ordered hungry jacks St. Peter’s. They couldn’t get a driver to come to the restaurant and i was waiting for over 30 minutes so I had to cancel my order because it was taking to long. It said when I canceled my order that I will be getting a refund for about 1 to 2 business days, it’s been 10 business days and I still haven’t received my refund. Is there a contact number I can call to let them know that i haven’t received any updates on it thanks.( by the way it was $69 that I am waiting to get back from them )

Progressively getting worse. At first it was the increase in prices, which honestly, despite that, I could give a 4-5 out of 5 if they had continued their customer service.Currently they are essentially legal thieves in Australia. They have removed phone numbers that let you have a nice quick and pleasant call with their previously well trained staff.Over email they are now at the point where they all but call their customers thieves while they side with their incompetent delivery drivers that don't deliver to the correct place or outright steal an order.As they have now grown so large, they seem comfortable baring their fangs at their customers so they can take a few extra bucks off the poor. What a joke.

Did not receive order. Was offered voucher that does not work. Have followed up for 5 months for a refund. Takes weeks for replies. They refused to refund money. Absolute robbery. Shocking service. Just use UberEats. At least their app works and refund policy is honest.

We spend a lot of money every week with menulog..every time something is not right I can never speak with a realPerson only via email. Terrible customer service I have asked to speak with a manager more then 20Times to be ignored, we have been waiting for over a week to even receive a reply for a order that it’s value is over $150 after we waited over 2 hours for our to arrive to be cold and incorrect…Terrible!!!!! I will be telling everyone word of mouth is a lot!!

What a scam of a company!You order something and then it comes inedible. You ask them to do something about it and they can only give you back 2% of the order total.Customer service is shocking, your literally talking to 7 different people who put together still don’t have one useful brain. It shows with their lack of service and they’re language and punctuation on their emails.The difference between the customer service from Uber Eats and even Deliveroo is incomparable. Menulog really are struggling it seems. And I’m not the only one to notice this looking at the other reviews…
