Blake and the team could not have done better. I broke down 100ks away, limped into the garage. They advised me that it would be a few days until they could look at my van. I was happy with that, but next day Blake emailed me to advise they had looked at my van and had found the issue, repaired as they had the parts I stock. Also advise so should have a service as multiple issues. They fixed these and had my van ready for collection before the weekend, can’t believe how good the communication, service and cost were, fantastic efforts, much appreciated by us. Highly recommend to any potential customer.

Bought a car off these guys ages ago. Admittedly the ranger blew a transmission within the first weekend and then had heaps of subsequent issues all through the warranty period but purely commercials fixed them all no fuss and never had another issue after that. The team were awesome to deal with during the whole process and even gave me a hire vehicle whilst it was in the mechanics. Cheers again guys

I purchased a commuter van from Victoria without seeing it and was needing to get it delivered from WA in the last hour to make the instant tax write-off before it expired on 30 June 2023. I recently bought a HiAce campervan from Purely Commercials and could not fault their service. Paul the salesman went out of his way to make sure everything that I needed to be done to the vehicle was done in a timely manner, and at no extra cost. This included a new gas bottle and connection, and gas compliance certificate, fix of small hole in seat upholstery, and new hose and lead among other things. The staff there were extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

This is the 2nd car ive bought and nothing was too much for Steve. We viewed the car, layed a deposit down that day and then Steve held onto it until we were ready to pick it up.
