Excellent service from the first phone call with Shane who was extremely patient and helpful! The technician, Tye, was not only timely, but polite and respectful. He discussed the process before commencing service and then gave advice on further management of the pests.Follow-up support has also been tremendous!

Flick provided great customer service and was a pleasure to deal with. I went through them for my termite inspection, interior/exterior pest spray and chemical re-application of my reticulated termite system. Very friendly and prompt staff over the phone, through email and in person. Garry (the technician providing the service) was very friendly, informative and good with my dogs. Would definitely recommend.

Just a shout out for this company. I have recently moved to the area and had my rental property treated for spiders and cockroaches. I had a very helpful and knowledgeable person attend the property, and not one sighting of anything! I am very happy with the service. Highly recommend
