Huge lack of customer service and professionalism, not to mention unknowledgeable staff. I have called the clinic relentlessly and left voicemails to no avail. Do not recommend! Avoid at all costs!Ps. do your research on tattoo removal lasers. Picosure are under fire for negligent misrepresentation and fraud by omission. These expensive treatments do not work and will waste your money. Picoway > Picosure. DO YOUR RESEARCH!! I visited this salon and noticed absolutely no difference after multiple sessions.

DO NOT GOOO HEAR SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!Horrible service came early for my appointment was waiting in the waiting room HAPPY TOO WAIT was approached with hostility while the receptionist / staff was getting her eyebrows micro bladed in clinic hours and rudely told to come back when my appointment was on didn't bother coming back ....

Had a really good experience with Sarah! Great customer service and very informative. I only just had the tattoo removal treatment so won’t see results for another few weeks but at other places I’ve had blistering straight after and so far after getting tattoo removal at Vanish there are no signs of blistering at all after a few days! Really happy with the service provided.

Do not go here! Extremely unprofessional. Not a good result- skin was left damaged after the treatment. Staff do not care. They have no complaints process. If I could give a zero rating or less I would.
