Poor customer service, poor product ownership,poor staff knowledge of products ,no sense for customer retention...I am a polite person but my experience wasn't good there in last 2 visits ..I won't go back there again..I was a regular in buying toys for my son but no anymore...I highly recommend not to go to this place unless you want to deal with the problems mentioned above...

The man who served me made a rude, snarky comment about my 3 year old girl. I try to be a polite person but for the first time in my life i almost yelled at a complete stranger. I will not be going back again.
