Staff are very rude, limited choice in items (eg letter boxes). Said my Parcel Collect wasn’t there when it was.Had an unprofessional printout at the entry of CCTV of 2 people with “SHOPLIFTERS” written in sharpie out front.For a government agency it’s atrocious and Australia Post should be ashamed of this LPOWill not go back and will post elsewhere.

Rude male staff on 27/03/23 around 2pm. Poor customer service. The Auspost website says they can take passport pictures for children even infants. As soon as we get there, we were turned away in a rude way. The male staff said they dont take infant pictures. Even if the website says they do.

Poor customer service. Came in with my son to get some identification documents cited. Was told to print off the information and return the next day. We return the next day with the correct paperwork and told we needed to make an appointment. Very frustrating and poor communication from Post Office staff

What is wrong with the large lady at this shop.....................Honey if you don't like the public don't work were they are SIMPLE THE SHOP SELLS EVERYTHING in her case they must have been out of CHARM Avoid this shop like the plague spend a few minutes more and go to gosford post or west gosford more personal service office they LOVE people I had to stop myself from slapping that rather FAT" "cow! I do not recommend anybody using this branch - Awful customer service, unprofessional employees and manager. They do not know how to handle a simple issue professionally and respectfully. I trust this is not the way that Australia Post wishes to conduct business with customers. Everyone should be treated with kindness and respect.

This is one of the worst Post Offices in Australia where the staff is obviously hired for their sheer capacity to be rude and obnoxious. It is time they learn basic customer service and manners. In this era of high unemployment, I am sure Australia Post can hire better staff. This is a disgrace.
