I thought this lab was the answer to my medication problems. How wrong was I. I booked a collection with 5 days notice, the day before I was due to collect the prescription I received a message advising me of a review of regulations and they couldn't supply. The Thank you for your understanding and we wish you well in your health journey" really doesn't cut it."

Everyone here has always been so kind and compassionate to me. Super accommodating and when it comes to iv vitamins- I’m the worst patient in the world and they work around me and bend over backwards to make me comfortable with the treatment.

Your costumer service is disgusting. You should all be ashamed. I have never dealt with such a terrible company before. I will definitely be discouraging everyone from using your business.No one answers the phone or emails for weeks on end!!

I am satisfied with the product I purchased but the customer service here is very poor. The phone lines are always busy, disconnected or unable to leave a voicemail. Nobody replies to multiple emails I have sent. This is now the third time I've tried to refill a script with issues. I'm literally trying to give this business my money. It makes no sense. Hopefully I might get a reply to my voicemails and emails now.Edited to add: What a shame it took a Google review to get a (rather rude) reply. I was never told that it would take four weeks at any time. The automatic response I got was that your staff all had covid but would reply within a week. I'm still waiting for that response? And I'm not a nameless person...my name is Anna and it's clearly in my profile?

I've sent numerous emails asking about the status of my order that I made on 25/11/22 (7 days ago). I tried both their stock and enquiries emails and no response.I am almost out of medication, and since I can't get them to respond, I will have to claim my money back through my bank and pray it comes back in time to order somewhere else before I'm completely out.Buyer beware. They will take the money of online customers with no intention of ever following through.This business ought to be ashamed, taking advantage of the sick, disabled and elderly.

I was excited to get my medications from the compounding lab after my allergist recommended them. I have filled three scripts with them. Every single time, there is an issue. Twice, I emailed the script and got no response 4-5 days later and had to chase up. Another time, the pharmacist said my cream was ready and when I went down to collect it they said sorry it’s not ready and it’d take 3-4 more days. Please be more thoughtful of others. The whole experience feels just haphazard.
