Ordered two items and got asked to park and wait for one. Waited 15 mins in the car park for an iced coffee, which it seems they completely forgot about. Went around the drive thru a second time, only to be asked to wait in the car park again. 20 minutes all up waiting for a cold drink. Not the first time they've stuffed up an order either. Don't go here if you're in a hurry. Absolutely useless.

It’s quicker going into the store than the slow drive thru.Got a Kit Kat Frappe, they had no whipped cream, no proper sized cups. There was barely a Kit Kat in it and it tasted like sirup.

WOONONA IS Disgraceful AS ALWAYS. today they have frappe (shock) - after waiting 15mins (& watching them serve a group of kids on pushbikes in drivethru) I got a cup of milky ice which couldn't be consumed with a straw.

WORST EXPERIENCE AT MACCAS!as someone who was a previous McDonald’s employee. We are trained the dos and don’ts. But the crew are just being rude. Went through the drive through put my order in. And half way through doing so. I was told to drive to the next window. I did. There was 3 employees laughing so hard they could almost not talk. While one asked me to tap my card. The others kept laughing. I asked to adjust my order and was ignored again as they were laughing. Eventually got my order in. Then was parked for 15 minutes on 2 large cokes. Im not one to leave reviews but this was just absolutely rude. It’s common sense to be kind and attentive to the customer at hand. These employees clearly don’t have any common sense.

I am really annoyed and upset at the service from the manager and other staff!Took forever for my meal to come and when it did it was cold everything. My fries, burger and my drink was warm.The toilets never have toilet paper and are disgusting and dirty with no soap!Overall not happy with my experience here.

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE..!!Sadly having to check your order before you leave is now standard at your Maccas visit.Rushed service (no standard compliments here) combined with a failure to get the order right leaves a double hit, a failure to get what you've paid for and disappointed children not getting a meal at your destination (so another purchase).Recommend, checking your order before you leave (don't be rushed by the staff) and if you have more time, look for something local.

There having renovations so we drove around to order. No one was in line and we waited at the drive in speaker for 10 minutes just to order. No comment other than sorry won't be long". We finally placed the order

I have visited this restaurant on several occasions purely for convenience, and the kids love the playground there. The service is terrible the average age of staff seems to be 14. There is usually a long wait for food and my order has been incorrect on more than one occasion. The restaurant inside always looks like it needs a good clean. Last visit, two staff members were shouting at each other over making a sundae! You couldn't make it up! The only redeeming feature is the outdoor playground that the kids love.
