Pretty good on stock levels however when I order online and pick up I'm always shocked at the amount of paper bags they use is ridiculous especially how they are packed. One bag had one pack of garbage bagsAnother bag had a toy bubble gun and one pack of pop tarts. Then another bag was full to the brim with groceries.

To the Manager,It's late, and I'm tired but I couldn't go to bed untill I emailed expressing my gratitude to Storm and the night shift crew at Booval Woolworths.Tonight my home delivery didn't show up.So I called the store and got Storm on the phone.Without hesitation she offered to pick my order herself and deliver it if they couldn't track down the driver. After 30 minutes on the phone on hold to the call centre, she messaged me and said she had gotten through on her end. After not being able to track down the driver, Storm and the night team picked my order again and at 9.45 she personally delivered it to my door.I need to add, Storm didn't know this, but I'm a single Mum of 3 kids, I spent all day in lectures ( I study full-time) and work part time. I'm also in the process of packing and moving.  Today the order I placed and was supposed to receive at 7.30 contained my 6 year old daughters Birthday cake and a few things that I could afford to give her in the morning when she woke. Being so busy  and having used the last few dollars  in my bank to purchase these items, there was no way I would have had a chance or the money  to go down to the shop to replace them. This small act of kindness means my little girl will now wake up to a few ballons, a cake, her favourite cereal and a few small things I could afford from woollies to make her day as special as she is.As I write this, I feel so overwhelmed that in a company as big as woollies there is (at least at Booval on the night shift)  people like Storm who, unknowingly made an impact on my little girls life by going above and beyond her call of duty.Thank you Storm ,you have done so much more than I think you realise .Blessings to you and all your staff at Booval x

Incompetence. Twice in one week have had an online order be picked up from the store and not delivered. Twice via Sherpa delivery service. Now I understand Woolworths has no control over the outsourced delivery services, to a point. However, first time delivery was sent to the wrong address, called the store and the person I was put through to at the store laughed at my enquiry and told me to call the customer hub.Second time, 3 days later, Sherpa again, photo taken of the 'direct to boot' area and sms stated delivery complete.Call the store, same person laughed at the enquiry again and made mention of remembering my call days earlier and stated my order was combined with another order at pickup.Spoke to customer hub and was told the store made the error by combining the order. One, be better at knowing your order numbers and making sure the driver is there for which order, and two, don't snicker and laugh at paying customers. Not impressed.

Woolworths BoovalI shop at your store on and off, I have been a mystery shopper for decades and it makes me look for good and bad and I do write reviews or I do let management know if really feel the urge to.Today Woolworths Booval. Store was not tidy, Not staff but seems everywhere I looked there was hot milk on shelves that should be in fridge.Grocery lines of all sorts just left stranded on shelves no where near they are stocked. It was hard to ask a staff member a question as they were all running past, I did not see them stacking or anything, just scurrying around. But what tipped me off that was the stores fault was. At 13.44 on the 20th March 2023 – pos 008 Trans9855.The team member on the checkout, did not in anyway give me any respect/attention, nothing. He did not smile at all, he did not say hello, NOTHING. I gave him two bags and my groceries, he put the bags on other side with groceries and did not ask would I like help, nothing. I understand they do not have to pack our bags, BUT manners, respect etc, goes a long way.He did finally speak when I was walking away and he said “Have a nice day” So yes did seem to be new to Australia, but if working out front with customers, first you need to smile, have light banter, just hello, anything, not ignore the person you are serving until the last second.I do hope that these issues are looked at and if you want to contact me you can

Hands Down the absolute worst Woolies, just about the worst supermarket I've ever been to.Isles are always full of stock cages or pallets (still lifted on Jack and unattended), shelves often empty or blocked by cages/ pallets.Staff are rude and expect customers to give way to them at all times.Hardly any registers open as usual. Can get items through click and collect but not I in store due to lack of actual work taking place over conversations.Fish section smells wosre than my bait freezer on a good day..Today we had to Jump out of the way of them bringing all of their trolleys into the store with no safety ropes. What happens if someone jumps out and he had to stop? How would he have stopped the first 5 trolleys while holding the last one.Occupational health and safety is an absolute joke in this store and customer service is a mythEdit 01/02/2023- Went in today around 4-4:30pm and again a pallet 3 inches off the ground blocking the walkway between the registers and end of aisle.Kids everywhere after school, complete danger and accident waiting to happen.Didn't walk the whole store but again from what I saw there were cages in most aisles I passed with no one around
