Honestly kind of a waste of a service. Can just google any info they tell you (which is what they do right in front of you anyway) and wouldn’t recommend the captains package as you pay for extras like “24hr assistance” that can’t help you anyway. Would recommend booking with the airline direct and doing your own research on travel insurance ect

Have been great in the past, but in the post-COVID chaos they are now missing small but crucial details, in our case wrongly telling us that we would get an infant bassinet on the day when in reality you need to pay a premium up front for these seats, and telling us they couldn't get hold of the airline when we could get through ourselves directly without hassle. As a result of this we need to fly with a 6month old on our laps for 30+ hours in total, which is madness. Would not recommend. Also, one of the 5-star reviews on this page is from a staff member.

I have used Flight Centre Eaton Fair for a couple of overseas trips in 2022. Qira and Kirsty looked after me every step of the way and I was very pleased with the services provided. I had peace of mind knowing that the girls were only a call or email away.

Flight Centre , or more important , consultant Qira Napoli is outstanding.Qira has for many years now continued to deliver outstanding service to myself and my family.Nothing is a problem and I have even contacted her from overseas and she is immediate in her response.I can not speak highly enough of Qira and her application to the job at hand is a credit to her.
