Southbank Brisbane Apartments

This place is value for money. Reasonably priced , well located and clean. I initially signed up for 3 months but ended up staying for 15 months in total, and only had to move out because I wanted to live in a independent house. Andrew and Rhoda are always helpful and respectful and so are the other residents. never had any issues. Suitable for students , small families and working professionals.

This apartment is good for international students, and highly recommend.Especially the stuff are all kind and nice. If sth problem they immediately fix it up. I really appreciate that these stuff hard working.The apartment are always clean and tidy.One drawback is the Landry..... the Landry room is crean but Landry machine is not clean enough... so if I wash black t shirt, always it get white things on it.... also $4 per one time washing is so expensive....That’s only drawback in this apartment. But the others are nearly perfect !

Southbank Campus Apartments has a great location in Brisbane, and I love the fact that is has a rooftop with a pool and BBQ even though the wardrobe and toilet are disgusting and rarely cleaned.These apartments have great value in regards to the location, but a large drawback is the staff. They are so rude and unfriendly, when you walk into the main entrance they never welcome you or say hi, they just look at you in the worst way, not making you feel welcome, I often use the back door when I know they are working in the reception. The man and the lady running the apartments should cheer up a bit. I've had so many coincidences with the lady working there, she ALWAYS complains if she sees you at the (simple, basic, dirty) gym, or at the pool, in the hallway or in the laundry room. She has very rude comments always telling you to do something, yesterday, she was cleaning the pool area and I lay down with my eyes closed listening to music - she suddenly throws my shoes and my book in my lap while I was almost asleep, and said: DON'T YOU SEE THAT IM CLEANING HERE!This is just one example of all the rude stuff she's been saying, I can't even describe with words how unfriendly they really are, I am shocked, and I am so happy that I am moving out next week :-)When running a business, the most important is customer service and customer experience - if you don't have customers, you don't have anything in the business world, the staff should get a basic course in customer service and start treating the people who are paying the lease with a bit of respect.Cheers

That place was so great to live in!! I lived in a unit with my boyfriend at first but according to his leaving I had to move out but they let me move in shared unit which was so helpful for me! Both landlord was so nice to us, took good care of us every time, and handled with what we wanted or needed so quickly!! Also good location for everywhere!

I don't recommend anyone living here, there isn't much to talk about on a structural level but it's the management that's really bad. At the beginning of my lease the management would always enter the unit without notice. But with the rental crisis they are raising rents to extremely high prices that don't match the worth of the place your renting. For me it was an almost $100 increase, they will not be happy until they are charging almost $300 for a bedroom in a tiny unit until and everyone is living on the streets. Also management is incredibly rude, need assistance from them? Be prepared to be treated like you're a terrible inconvenience.

I do not recommend anyone to move to this building. The staff is rude, specially the female manager. I had problems with the conditions (very dirty) of the apartment and I was told to move out. They did not offer any solution and even complaint like I was the wrong one for pointing out that the apartment was dirty . They also do not provide a keys for the rooms which is quite unsafe. The female manager yelled at me when I complained about the dirt saying it is your problem". At least I got my bond back.Since SouthBank Brisbane Apartments decided to reply

This is the first apartment that I moved into since I arrived at Brisbane and till date I haven't found a reason to move out. The location makes it easier to access transportation and local amenities. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a safe, convenient and comfortable personal space.

The location is excellent, only minutes walking to City or SouthBank cultural/dining precinct. We walked to most places around. The complex is modern and has everything you need for a short or long stay. Having access to a rooftop swimming pool and BBQ area was definitely a bonus. The apartment is well furnished and is just as described. We would definitely recommend this perfect place.

This nice complex is ideally located near City centre, wonderful South Bank parklands & Brisbane river promenade, art galleries and museums. Lovely small complex with a swimming pool, barbeque, gym and visitor carparking. I would recommend this perfect place to anyone who is looking for accommodation at Brisbane centre.
