Sadly this place has nose dived since my last visit!While the staff are still super lovely, the food was barely ok and the owner/cook prepared and served my food with nicotine stained fingers!I bought the ‘Special’ which was a $10 hotdog. It was barely cooked through, and the toasted roll was very dry.There has been a lot of work done to the toilets, but they are still hard to get to…I also had to ask about my hot drink after waiting 25minsLovely people, but wrong business for them!

The best food and service. Should try chicken burger everything made while you wait. If you want the crumbed, fried no taste burger go elsewhere. The banana split cake is delicious. Definitely be going back.

Food Seduction on Doveton
Attended a surprise afternoon tea at Food Seduction on Doveton in June 2022. The atmosphere and layout were very relaxed and conducive to a special afternoon. The Greek Hamburger ... what can I say? The spice combination in the burger along with the dressing with the burger salad ... amazing, delicious, wonderful ... my first visit and will not be my last. The coffee was pretty good too. As Molly was fond of saying... do yourself a favour, get down to Food Seduction on Doveton and try it for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

Michael and Tina really want to make you feel at home and provide tasty and traditional wholesome meals. Coffee is excellent!! 5 stars easy. These guys helped us with a not for profit also and I just got some feedback from a voucher holder. They said they felt really well looked after and Michael and Tina gave her great service.

This is to Lee Lee sorry you had a bad experience with your hot dog that was my fault just found out at the time my mother had died so it was bad timing for me just wanted to close the shop if if you took a better look at at my hands I had burnt both hands thay take time to heal and judge by my review people are very happy like other business you can't please everyone you say the business it's not for me and going down hill that's because my shop is not for you that's why there is other places to go I have been in business for over 30 years and love what me and my wife do here and love the way people love our little restaurant coffee shop your very judgemental I see that with a lot of shops it can be very damaging for some of them

Pleasant and cheerful service.Ballarat Amateur Radio Group, Thursday Morning Coffee Group.Some of us stay for a very fine Lunch, some arrive for early breakfast.Michael and Tina, the number of regular customers mirrors your fine service and atmosphere.

First visited on 22 Sept for late breakfast. Lovely friendly hosts Michael and Tina. Delicious veg focaccia, lemon bunt, double shot long black. Pleasant service, will be back.

Fantastic cafe with absolutely wonderful food that is a delight to eat. The hamburger was a great feast in it self. The coffee is well made and brewed perfectly. A beautiful dining experience made better by excellent staff and wonderful people.
