As soon as I met Steph, I knew I was in good hands.She methodically ran through my health and exercise history to delve deep and really understand the cause and concern of my injury. I’ve been managing Achilles tendinitis for 18 months now, and recently it’s reappeared with a vengeance. Steph started from the beginning with her analysis of my feet, cadence, strength and running style. Im excited to start my recovery journey, under her professional guidance and treatment options, to not just manage my injury but to solve it for good!!

Steph is awesome - really knows her stuff and is passionate about her work. She is generous with her time and explains everything clearly and her expertise goes beyond just podiatry and she can help and advise with strength and conditioning questions and issues (which are also connected to foot issues anyway) so it's a holistic and well-rounded approach to correcting issues. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Steph has been amazing!!!! I was in so much pain and discomfort before I came to see Steph and now with my new orthotics, recommended shoes and exercises to correct my posture I feel like a new person!! Can’t thank her enough. She was super thorough and so knowledgeable and has made my 12 hr shifts on my feet bareable finally. What a legend! would and have recommended her to friends.

Went there for a dry needling session with very tight legs from running. Felt so much better couple of days after and it helped me so much for the ultra. Will definitely do it again.Also Steph takes the time to explain what she does and what dry needling does to your body.

Steph is incredible! She is easy to get along with, professional and is so knowledgable about all things podiatry and body function. She not only made my injury easy to understand but also provided very practical treatment which meant that I could still do the day-to-day activities I love (total game changer). Steph is a legend!
