Very knowledgeable staff and a wide range of stock. Pricing was on par with competitors so the options for seeking a better deal were limited on the occasions we have sought one. This said their customer service was outstanding. Would happily shop there again.

The good guys are novices at knowledge of the products they are selling.... First I would never attempt to sell a coffee machine thats makes cremma as big as this..... Their return policy sucks..... Now I am stuck with a new machine that doesn't work properly.

Ordered an HP all-in-one online and printed out the email which CLEARLY stated that all need to pick it up was the email/order number and my drivers license. Upon arrival to pick the item up I was told that I could not pick it up unless I had the PayPal ID number..... what a joke. Def not shopping here again.

My first time shopping here. The sales person that helped me made me want to leave a review. He was so friendly and helpful, I would honestly go back to the exact store if I need anything else because of him, his name is James (James G on receipt). Also very happy with the product he sold me.

First time in this store, straight away I was blown away by the variety, prices appeared to be reasonable. This time I was in for a washing machine, great selection and they looked like great quality and value for money. Will post pictures when my washing machine arrives. Staff were welcoming and friendly, assisted with my purchase in a professional manner. Will have to have a good look around again, very happy with my shopping experience on this occasion.

Great place great prices. Have almost everything, no greating from staff noone asked me if i needed help the whole time even tho the store was quiet. Store is easy enough to find your way around anyway. Do reccomend to check out the prices before you buy elsewhere.

Purchased an LG vacuum it became faulty within the warranty period I took it to the store where the customer service agent at the store this person stated it was to dirty and that it was customer damage and that i would have to pay for the repair as it's faulty due to customer damage. I phoned LG and sent the vacuum away for testing and it was found that the motor had burnt out nothing to do with customer damage also had faulty filters ! I attended the store twice in an attempt to get it repaired however managed to receive no help
