Was really loud at 9pm, staff yelling, lots of loud beeping and alarms going off, hardly a pleasant place to sit.We were the only two inside the restaurant, but still waited a solid 10 mins for our food, from the time we ordered through the app.Oh yeah, do you like onions with your quarter pounder?????

Senior management/franchise owner really need to mystery shop this store…Killing the M brand…Orders regularly incorrect.No napkins in take away bags.Unfriendly staff (young kids with scowls on their face, not at all friendly, inviting or welcoming)The store is dirty.The drive through is dirty.Hungry Jacks opening soon, if they’re on their game, watch your margins plummet…

I drove to the drive thru at 11:25 pm mind you it closes at 1:00am. I had called customer service and I had asked where the staff were and they were extremely rude with me and didn’t serve us. Not good enough. I’m not “Mc Lovin it” (as they say).

Purchased a cheese burger meal, what a disgrace. Burger thrown in the bag, partially unwrapped, ketchup everywhere, fries out all over the bag. It seems one of the team didn't want to be there or didn't care. Sunday 5th May, 8.40pm. Avoid.

Hi there! This review is purely for one great individual. Wanted to give a special thanks to 'Aspen', one of the workers at McDonalds, Ocean Grove. He has excellent customer service ability, and he was very patient, polite and kind. He is a legend! Please pass on my overwhelming thanks. Workers like that should be valued and held in high regard. Awesome work!

Worker found it funny to put an ocean worth of salt in my mom’s burger. Absolute disgraceful. The gutless coward couldn’t even pick up the phone when I rang about it. I worked at maccas for 3 years and never did this to a customer. Classy human being he was. P.s he’s left arm was full of tats better lose he’s job.

When you’re getting a fresh and/or correct meal only about 20% of the time then maybe even two stars is generous. I don’t blame the teenage staff, they’re trying their best for the most part. It’s obvious that the restaurant (if you can call it that) has been left to flounder by head office. In dire need of improvement; stop taking customers for granted.

It surely can't be that hard to get an order right? There is always a long way wait for your order and when it does come its cold.The tables are always covered in rubbish and there is often drinks spilt on the ground from the local teens.Today there was food all over the kids playground.It's absolutely disgusting. Probably won't return

Was here for groceries but stop by Maccas for a quick drink and snack. Long queue at drive thru and thus ordered online and collect in restaurant.Nobody in restaurant but guess less staff on a Easter Friday and a very long queue at drive thru. Bit of a wait for 2 drive and a apple pieBut all good.
