I called Inspect My Home on a Monday morning asking if it was possible to do an inspection that afternoon and to my surprise they did not hesitate to accommodate my needs - they booked in for 1.30pm that afternoon! First time I used these guys they were fantastic. The 2nd time, well...seems that the inspector shared information with the owner and estate agent on his findings (the Estate agent mentioned specific finding that were on the report!). I spoke to the Manager who basically said no - we don't share that kind of information". People use an inspection report as a bargaining chip so be more professional and remember who's paying you for this service!"

I received a great quote within an hour of submitting an online enquiry, and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful when I called back to make a booking. On the day, my inspector Peter Kraaykamp was on time and had a warm, bright attitude despite the pouring rain. He was extrememly thorough, professional, obviously had wealth of experience in the building industry, and took the time to explain every step to me in language I could understand. I forgot to bring cash on the day, but was able to call through to the office and get payment fixed up without any hassles. I received my highly detailed report, complete with photos of everything, on the same day! James did our building and pest inspection. He was really thorough. James explained everything afterwards that even I understood what it means ;). I would highly recommend James! (We had a building and pest inspection for a different house with a different company and that guy didn't explain anything.)

Brittany - the Customer Support Rep was superb as she was very polite and patient on answering my enquiries. David - the inspector was very thorough and had great attention to detail. David Evans provided a very thorough and professional building and pest inspection report for us. He made the effort to crawl around in the small sub floor space inspecting the entire subfloor with torch and taking photos were necessary. He climbed onto the roof and got into all the other accessible nooks and crannies in the building structure. He was very helpful answering questions on site while carrying out the inspection. A friendly and nice guy and pleasure to deal with. Value for money seeing the detail in the final written report too.

We've had an excellent experience from dealing with the lovely ladies at the office (thank you again Cass & Amy), to my partner completing the pre-purchase B&P walk-through with David Yeowart, who in our opinion has been very professional, thorough & helpful.
