Pet Haven Brisbane

In August 2020 we had to suddenly say goodbye to our dog, Jack. After rushing through a list of seemingly professional Gold Coast pet cremation services with pretty websites, Pet Haven stood out by miles when speaking to them on the phone. Being emotional wrecks, Pet Haven were the most compassionate and understanding on the phone by far. They took care of everything, especially Jane, who worked with the vet to take Jack from them, even proposing to take him a few days later on the Monday to save us the weekend charges, giving us many beautiful urn options and finally getting him back to us later that week. They also took a lock of hair and a paw print, as requested. Jane was very sweet throughout the ordeal, so we're as happy as one could be at a time like this. Thanks.

I lost my beautiful girls within weeks of each other. They were cremated by Pethaven Animal cremation and rest peacefully together.

After losing our boy, Sulu, at home on a Saturday night, we called around businesses early on Sunday morning hoping to find some direction in the midst of our trauma as to what would be the next step. Very caring and great service

2 weeks ago today we lost our beloved dog, Opie. Tim and Jane at Pethaven helped our family with our loss. They offered advice to help our young children with the grief they were feeling. Providing ideas for us as a family to remember him. Listening to me cry and following up to see how we were all going. Thank-you and thank-you for looking after him, we truly appricate all that you have done.

Jane was very understanding of my circumstances (in changing my mind after burying my deceased cat) and accommodated accordingly. Very helpful and efficient service in cremating my beloved pet. Thank you kindly.

Thank you Jane for your compassion and kindness in the recent loss of our Chika. After being so stressed as what to do at a later time of night Jane was my saving grace she made it so much easier to grieve with having her taken away from the home by a funeral car fit for a human within 2 hours everything was taken care of.
