Chipmunks Playland & Cafe Robina

There are not that many attractions but overall place is good. I put it down one star as it’s a bit dirty and dusty. I’m sure that can be easily fixed.It’s interesting that they have everything branded: chairs, tables, attractions, socks etc. nothing wrong with it. Just catch my eye.Cafe is good as well. Parents will have some bites and kids won’t leave hungry. Be aware that kitchen closes 1.5 hours before 5pm.

Been a few times now. Staff are friendly and the cafe is adequate. It's mostly let down by the state of the playground for me. Last time I was there the floor mats were bunched in a way that made it a tripping hazard. There was a slide in the toddler area which mould could be seen (not addressed after multiple visits). In the bigger kids area a number of the more fun things to use were not working. Pricing is fair. Depending on the time of day you want to go, sometimes it's crazy busy and could be overwhelming for some children.

The staff is friendly, the rest is poor… Food is unhealthy which is paradoxal when you’re an amusement centre for active kids… The (too salty) fries are the only vegan, refined sugar-free and gluten-free option… they don’t even offer fresh fruits to sell for healthy snack and service is quite slow. If you visit, pack your picnic, wear old socks and clothes, cover the body of your kids, bring napkin, towels and a lot of sanitisers + patience. The facilities are quite dirty, tables sticky, chairs uncomfortable and most equipment is broken. Otherwise, on rainy days when you’re around Robina, Chipmunks is quite fun for 2 to 4 yo toddlers.

Well air-conditioned indoor playground for kids with clean toilets and WiFi. They sell coffee and snack as well but just be aware of 15c for any card transactions.

My 16 month old daughter had so much fun here! We loved it. Staff were lovely and it was quite clean. Great place for kids to run around and have a great time!

There was so much rubbish laying around inside the playground including toilet paper, empty bottles etc & this was as it opened so it’s quite clear that it wasn’t cleaned the night prior or this morning. Also the inflatable slide wasn’t inflated correctly which seems very dangerous

Have been a few time but our most recent visit was disgusting. So many things broken, taped up and filthy!! The place must never get cleaned. I wanted to leave as soon as we got in but knew my kids would of lost it but so much rubbish, socks, food all through the play equipment. It needs to be shut down, deep cleaned and repaired before kids start getting injured and seriously sick.
