Great staff and really friendly. I asked for a salad and they asked if I wanted it mixed before it went into the bowl... of course I said YES please. This little extra service goes a long way to making those tasty things edible straight away with no mess. Great innovation to the lady serving this coeliac.

Tried the wheat bread with a steak melt tonight. It was one of the most delicious if not the best sub I have ever had. All the toppings were distributed really well and was the perfect amount of each type of topping! Bourbong is the Best one in my experience

Not usually a huge fan of subway, but the food was good, and decently priced. The shop clean and service quick. Lost a star as service staff were not the friendliest, and their coffee only comes in one size...

We were not impressed with the service. It was extremely busy, so we tried to be quick ordering with our family of 6. Our simple request to have just tomato & cheese on a quesadilla for the kids became an ordeal when they said it would cost an extra $4 despite removing 2 ingredients. There was no eye-contact or attempt to be helpful.

I brought a seafood sensation foot long $9 I got two extra scoops of the seafood they charged me all up $14 so they charged me $2.50 a scoop wow not happy , this is at Bundaberg , bourbong street subways

I wont return...rude lazy staff...I was the only customer in the storeLeft standing there ...staff member standing in front of me wiping down bench and ignoring me...when I prompted her for some service she gave me a scowling look

The subway store was filthy and not a clean table in the store, while there was no other customer in the store. The sandwich stylist mistakenly put some toppings on the sandwich which was covered in cheese and when I advised she threw it back in the container. I then advised the lead that this was an allergen concern and she indicated she would take care of it. But by the state of the shop I doubt it.
