Worst decision I've ever made. Been doing the lifestyle gym package for the past 11 months...4 weeks ago due to financial constraints I decided to cancel the membership. I was told that I have to pay another 4 weeks of payments (Which I was not told about when signing up in the first place). Then yesterday I paid my last payment and assumed that I would get to at least use the membership for the week. Unfortunately I was mistaken, after I had just paid my membership for the following week, my membership was cancelled and so I've paid $43.33 for nothing and I am not happy about it. I would recommend to anyone wanting to sign up, to pay all up front, so you don't have to deal with all their hidden cancellation nonsense... will never signing up again.

I hate this place it's made me a better person both physically and spiritually. Everything here is heavy but it's getting progressively lighter the more I go.

Always full not able to use weights stairwalker

Positive: I was a member for two years. I had the upgrade lifestyle package and I think it is worth it. Hollie and Kristie were very friendly. Once I contacted the manager, Julie. She replied late but she was helpful. The range of equipment is also really good.To improve: the lack of air conditioning becomes a problem in summer. During my membership, they never cleaned the ceiling or the air vents in the cardio section. Alana is the least friendly or helpful member of staff. After joining another gym, I learnt how present and helpful trainers could be for all at the gym, which is unknown when you're a member at yaralla.
