Rang and booked for a 1500 appointment for pest control.Spoke to the booking person. No technician showed up. Called business. All tecnicians on leave, and no email was sent so nothing was confirmed. Customers are not to know they required email confirmation booking. I was given a date and time of appointment over phone. Will not deal with again.

Multiple times this company has charged me for a service before confirming the date of service. How do you expect someone to be at the address when not notified of a service at 6am? Clearly have lost a client who has supported you for over 20 years.

SPC complete pest inspections monthly for the hospital and target areas as they are reported as problematic.Matt is extremely professional and co-operative.Very happy with his work ethic and end results
