Cancelled an order on a mate. Still hasn't returned the money yet, wouldn't go here anymore.EDIT RESPONSE 24/05/2021 2PM:There are definitely unforeseen circumstances that could warrant a delay due to suppliers not having stock, COVID or illness but customers should be updated especially if they are seeking a refund for something they paid for but haven't received. Obviously if this was something that was recently purchased it would be understandable but not giving an ETA to someone for 2 months without communicating any issues that you have can be frustrating for a loyal customer, essentially all they want to know is when the product they ordered is going to arrive or when they will receive their refund.

Great place for geeks. Always card games or RPGs going on at the tables.Good snacks for sale, and board games for purchase as well.For those who get dragged along by their local geek, the couches are comfortable, and there are a selection of well-known books to curl up with.The decorations give an awesome personality to the building, with a reference on every wall.

One of my favorite game stores. The people are very welcoming, Simon the owner is exceptionally helpful, the play space is huge and comfortable. You will feel at home here. I can’t recommend this store enough!

Simon from Quenda Games is great! Knowledgeable and welcoming. This is a fantastic new place to buy and play tabletop games! Prices are great, and the play area is huge.
