Metropole managed my property for a little over two years. Initially they delivered the service proposed when signing up. Over the last 18 months, I found communication was poor. I was rarely able to talk by phone to my property manager directly and in response experienced slow responses by email. I felt unsupported in favour of their support of the tenant. I would not recommend.

We have been clients of Metropole for more than a decade and we want to share our great experience having Nelly Javaherdoost as our property manager. She is very competent and efficient when dealing with renters and in organising trades for repairs and maintenance. Communication is always prompt and productive. Absolutely love having her on our team!

I have been renting my current property for the last 7 years as well as a previous history with rentals. In that time I feel Metropole has looked after my interests well but am driven to write today due to the exemplary customer service of my current Property Manager Nikki Baglieri. In the times I have required her assistance Nikki has always got back to me quickly and in association with the owners of the property worked out a plan to resolve the issue. A quick example of this is recently I had a plumbing issue and within a very short time she had replied to me, alerted the plumbers to make contact, who did so and attended my property to resolve the issue. I was working so time was a factor and this was all done within a few hours. I believe Nikki's property management, care and communication skills place her well above those I have dealt with previously and wanted Metrople to see this recognition.

We used metropole as a sellers advocate. We had very little contact with the agent, who when he did contact provided little to no insight beyond what the realestate agent was able to provide. The experience was underwhelming and we would not recommend using this service.To be fair the service didn’t cost us anything as the commission was split between metropole and the realestate agent.

We were lucky enough to have Nelly Javaherdoost from the Metropole Property Management team manage our investment property. Nelly did a phenomenal job for us and we'd highly recommend her to any prospective or current Metropole clients. Nelly was experienced, professional, kept us fully informed and when we needed assistance nothing was ever too much trouble. A fantastic property manager who made things feel seamless. If you're a neighbour of a property that is to be project managed or built by Metropole, make sure you get photos of before and after, and anything they promise make sure you get it in writing.No wonder builders have a bad reputation, they built a fence that collapsed after 3 months, and the concrete footings of their property have been built on our side of the boundary.Moe than 12 months on and after supplying an independent surveyors report (at my cost), they still haven't rectified or attempted to rectify the problem.This is not to mention the other damage to our property that was caused during the build.Truly unprofessional to say the least.Edit after their response:Firstly, whoever it is that responded to this I'd suggest you check your own facts first.Only ONCE has a contractor been sent. They arrived unannounced, did not introduce themselves or make themselves known to me, and the reason I refused them access is that there had been no communication from anyone at Metropole about the proposed rectification.You also failed to acknowledge the damage to other parts of our property which happened at the time of construction.Further, on multiple occasions both verbally and in writing I raised my concerns regarding the poor quality. I was routinely brushed aside by your site manager, senior project manager and General manager. Unprofessional doesn't even come close to describing this.Further, at no time was I asked to contribute to the cost of the fence. Your site manager made a big song and dance about how we'd get a new fence at your clients cost. Had I have contributed to the cost of this, I would have made the contractor pull the whole fence does and start again.To this day you have not made an attempt to repair anything.I have been chasing you for 15 months now, and I have even offered for your client to call me directly which to this day they have not.Lastly, on multiple occasions you have failed to acknowledge the footings that have been built on our land.Given that all of this is your responsibility, it should be you that should be contacting me. Not once has anyone from your company tried to reach out and propose a satisfactory solution.Your communication has been appalling, unprofessional and dismissive.I have everything documented and you should know that I will not stop here.The onus is on you to communicate and resolve this.

Working with David and the Metropole team to purchase our PPOR was an absolute pleasure. The entire process was seamless and well coordinated. David is very knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. He really listened to our needs/requirements and worked tirelessly to ensure we got exactly what we desired. David really delivered value for money and we highly recommend him, the entire Metropole team and this service!

Bryce, Brett and the team at Metropole have been first class. From the moment we engaged with Brett on a potential investment plan we have been highly impressed with the level of research, experience and professionalism shown. Looking at the data and plan provided we decided to invest in Victoria (we are from NSW) and have no concerns doing so with the help of Metropole. This includes a future knockdown / new build we plan to do with them to maximise our investment. Bryce was even kind enough to show us around the investment suburb and some current and finished construction sites so we could get a better feel of the area before making our investment decision.
