We engaged Mark Brown and his team to complete a large-scale renovation for us in Burleigh Waters in 2021. From the outset we found Mark to be extremely professional. Mark is highly organised and a great communicator. This was really important to us in order to get the desired outcome within our budget and timeframe. The project was delivered to a very high standard, on time and budget and we were kept very well informed along the way. We found all the trades to take pride in their work and the job site was always kept clean and tidy. Mark made practical suggestions along the way which we really appreciated, this insight and flexibility definitely enhanced the end result. We have also found the after-build service and follow up to be very efficient and of a high standard. We happily recommend MTB to our friends who are considering renovations and we will definitely use MTB for future projects.

Absolutely amazing. I can't speak more highly of Mark and his team. We recently changed the layout of half of our house, converting a laundry into a bathroom and then completely demolishing a kitchen. We took out walls and completely changed it all. MTB took care of everything. They came armed with ideas and were totally open minded to what I wanted to achieve. Nothing was ever too much trouble and I can't find a fault with the finished job. We're about to overhaul our ensuite and we didn't even think twice before calling Mark. Highly recommend.

MTB Carpentry were very reliable. The renovation they did to our house was executed in a professional manner and quality of work was second to none.Marks team of tradesmen were very easy to approach and ask questions. They were exceptionally clean and tidy each day and i would highly recommend them to anyone .

We used MTB for a range of jobs in a newly acquired house. Mostly carpentry, we were very satisfied with the job. Even though it was quite a small job, Mark visited beforehand to itemise exactly what he recommended and the associated costs. All work carried out to a great standard, our experience with Mark and the team was a good one.

We initially contacted a number of builders who either over quoted, didn’t turn up, or weren’t willing to work with us. We chose Mark because of his amazing communication all throughout the project, his fair price and flexibility in working with us to deliver a staged approach, and what turned out to be fantastic quality work all throughout. We highly recommend Mark and his team and hope we get to work with them again in the future.

We recently used Mark and his team to renovate and extend our deck and patio area. After speaking with multiple builders who told us the project was a can of worms" Mark was the 1st to suggest making a hole to find out what we were working with. From then on he helped us negotiate with the (not so flash) draftsman and engineer we had already begun the process with (nothing to do with MTB) to make sure the plans were as we imagined and practical without blowing our budget. His communication is impeccable and the team of builders he employees are all friendly

We have used Mark and his team at MTB Carpentry & Construction for all our renovations on our current property and previous homes. from bathrooms - decks and pergola - custom cubby house - extensions.Mark's quality of work is outstanding, with a high attention for detail and professionalism but with that small family business rapport. Mark knows his trade inside out and is always available for advice, recommendations and trouble shooting. Mark and his trades have always left our places neat and tidy at the end of the day, which is a rarity in tradesman these days and also helps with young children in the house.We couldn't recommend Mark and his team highly enough.

A great building experience. Mark and his team did a knockdown and rebuild. Everything was just how I wanted it and imagined it would be. The detail in the finish was superb. The job ran to schedule and the communication was awesome. Mark kept me informed every step of the way and there were no cost surprises at the end due to the detailed consultation and the fabulous external providers that MTB Construction work closely with. Mark knows just how to coordinate the build for a flawless journey to completion. I would highly recommend Mark and his team. I have been in my new home for about six months now and love it.

I recently had the en-suite of my unit renovated by MTB Carpentry and Construction. This meant demolishing what I had and rebuilding.I was given a quote and time frame.. All workers employed were skilled and courteous. They were closely supervised by Mark from MTB Carpentry and Construction. The access to the other units was always paramount and none of the residents were overly inconvenienced. The completion of the project was on time and on budget. I am thrilled with the result and would recommend MTB Carpentry and Construction to anyone considering a bathroom renovation.
