Central Coast Stairs

Finally this company came to quote. I did not hear anything for weeks so chased the quote. On enquiring at the shop was told they didn't want the job. Why couldn't they have said this months ago when I first enquired. They didn't even apologise. When I told Aaron that that was rude he got very defensive and told me they didn't want the work anyway. Why can't people put aside their ego and apologise instead of leaving me upset.

CC Stairs did our handrails on the deck and the stairs, they did a beautiful job and got everything done promptly. Highly recommend.

Central Coast Stairs have supplied and fitted stairs and balustrades (internal and external) twice for me and both times the quality was high and the jobs completed on time or earlier than expected. I found the office and site staff to be polite and easy to deal with.

We recently employed Central Coast Stairs to provide a more modern staircase in our very 70's home. They had great ideas and suggested a modern and simple design which looks great. What sets this company apart is their after sales service: we noticed a small mark and asked them to check. Aaron sent out one of his team the next day, the mark was filled and disappeared and, before he left, the tradesman - Adam - double checked the banister was sanded properly and all joints correct. They go far beyond what is expected in today's world and were gracious and accommodating. I would highly recommend their services and product. They are a quality act.

Our internal stairs are beautifully crafted. The little touches added really make it. High quality and Aaron worked brilliantly with our builder. Hence we later engaged them to install glass pool fencing which is of the same high standard, looks great and fully meets certification. Would use them again.

I could not be happier with the service and product these guys supplied. Turned up on time, friendly crew, cleaned up behind themselves and gave advise on care and maintance. I have no affiliation with this company! Just happy to see CC companies doing it right!
