All Star Landscapes

I hired Allstar landscaping to replace an existing fence. They showed up and took apart one side of the fence and rang me that afternoon to tell me they won’t be back for two days. I was left with no fence and expected for my naugbour to keep her dogs locked up for that time. When they returned 2 days later to put up the fence, I wish they didn’t. The posts were ground off instead of being dug in deep enough, there was a 2cm gap in between the fence and my brick wall as they didn’t bother to dynabolt the post to the wall for extra structure so now the fence wobbles, two fence panels weren’t over lapping so there was I gap inbetween the panels. When I asked them to fix the job they argued with me and said they were to busy and won’t be coming back. I wouldn’t be recommending them to people that I like.

HAD A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ALL STAR LANDSCAPE. I hired them to create a concrete retainng for me. Nothing was done to spec. No footing, redering was left half done and whatever render is there are falling off. No waterproofing!! Paid them before the job was completed as they claimed they needed $$ to buy more supplies - never saw them again. If I can give no stars I would but its mandatory to have at least 1.

I do not rate these cowboys/cowards anything!DO not use this business- don’t waste your time or money.Unfortunately I didn’t get to choose who was going to fix our fence.Our neighbor employed these incompetent fools, as she was having to fix the fence due to her damage- she finally agreed to get it fixed which was a battle within itself.So not only where we punished having our fence damaged in the first place by our neighbor, but then ‘all star landscapers’ accepts the the job, proceeds to start to fix the fence. Only then to just leave us with a hole in our fence & wood paneling/dried up dead turf rolls all over our backyard for A WHOLE MONTH!I confirmed twice this week by phone that they’d be returning & the job will be completed by Friday.Later tonight by text message ‘all stars landscapers’ informs us they refuse to return at all to complete the job due to a pretty poor lame excuse of there apprentice having apparently been called ‘cute’ by my neighbour- even so what would that have to do with completing a job you set out to do. Why not deal with it in a more professional manner rather than just leaving us hanging ???I’m so beyond annoyed! Why didn’t they inform us a month ago???I’m convinced now they just used this as an excuse because they are not actually skilled or competent enough at there job to complete the work.Not a legitimate business stay away! I’m proceeding to report to department of fair trading.
