Very bad experience. Just visit for some advise and purchase thereafter. disappointed because of the customer service lady. Feels like she want us to finish the business and go out. Never recommend this place to anyone.

I've read other reviews and the complaints are always about service. I think these days we take the whole the customer is always right" thing way to far. We want experts giving us expert information but then expect them to be bright and bubbly 20 year olds keen to serve us. These guys arent bubbly 20 year olds but they'll give you the advice you need! I turned up 5 minutes before they closed and they they still served me so i cant complain. I'll be back when i need more paint. Thanks."

The older staff member is friendly and helpful but the other is rude and unhelpful. I recommend you screen and review your staff periodically.

I came early in the morning to be the first person but the lady Served someone else before me and she has spoke to me disrespectful when I talk to one of your team mates in the storeAbout her to tell her that’s not right when he went and spoke to her when I went back again to get paint she hasn’t spoke to me really rudely if this happens again I will not come back to your paint shop again and probably from some other paint shopMany thanksRegardAhmad

I called this company to enquire about their price on the Sikken timber oil's. I called on the 31st of January and spoke to a man that informed me of the price with an RAC discount of 10%. I was also informed that if I waited until the next day that they were offering a 30% discount with the RAC card. I drove to the store the next day as I required about $700 worth of Sikkens product, the young man recognised my call and asked for my RAC card. When he tried to put the sale through he required the assistance of a another salesperson, at this point I was informed that the 30% only applied to the Wattle range of paints. They refused to honour the price or offer any kind of compensation. I was not impressed with this as I had made a round trip of 50 Kilometres to purchase this product, I called into the Wattle shop in success and they at least honoured their price from the previous day which included the RAC discount. The staff at Cannington should receive more training on the pricing of their product,I was not impressed with their lack of knowledge and service.

Was given the incorrect colour vs my sample pot(annoying but sh!t happens) and took it back to get sorted. Chantelle was very helpful and after re mixing, even tested to make sure colours were the same after drying. Great customer service.

They are not willing to do business for DIY people.. Probably good for traddies who have knowledge for paint, discount, credit. For ordinary DIY people even with membership it seems that they do not care.. The only thing that makes me go there just because they have a product that I cannot find at Bunnings. Bought paint for $150 and hand in $10 welcome voucher and 10% eligible member discount. The lady refused giving me 10% discount.. at the end I spent the rest of my paint ($800) need at local paint shops
