Not easy to get in. Under-resourced like a lot of public health. The care I received was first class when I did get in. Needs more funding from the government for those disadvantaged people in our society.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING RECEPTIONIST!! Tried calling 6 times and no one answered. Tried another 2 times on a friends phone, and still no one picked up. So I had to organize a support worker to drive me there which has cost me funding. When I spoke to the lady at reception and explained my experience in the phone, she tried to tell me that I need to call 3 times to get through, which does not make sense. She clearly lied to my face. When she walked off she went and whispered something in the other receptionists ear, which made me feel really uncomfortable. I was told that I had to come back in 45 minutes, and someone could see me. So I came back and while I went in, my support worker waited in the waiting room. He told me that a child was sitting behind him coughing and his mum was talking about getting parasol after they finished at the dentist. My support worker knows that I am triggered by covid and asked the same receptionist what the policy is on attending if you are unwell. He explained my circumstances and tried to suggest being more thorough by suggesting the sick person be made to wear a mask in an enclosed space. He explained to me that the reception did not listen to what he was saying, or even try to acknowledge that there was an issue. I don't know where all the nice staff are that used to work here but the new staff need some training on how to treat people. Even if my support worker was in the wrong, he should of at least felt like he was being listened too.

I was a difficult case for the young dental team, having presented them with a tooth that was in need of distraction on my right hand side, lower jaw. Unfortunately my tooth wasn't in a hurry to leave it's owner, me, so after many injections to take away any & all pain, lots of pulling, tugging & cutting of the tooth, it finally, after nearly 2hrs, decided to leave it's safe place in my mouth & give me the much needed relief that I was looking forward to. Again, thanks to all involved, it was a great team effort which I appreciated more than you know xxxxRegardsLorene Carr

They were thorough and very caring. But they sent me to a dental place in albury that already turned me away for the same story (we're not a specialist so we can't help). After another 2 months, I'm still in pain with lots of antibiotics from my doctor because of my on going wisdom tooth infections which is why I went here in the first place. With incoming possible blood infection/s. Still barely sleeping. Still in agonising pain.

Worst bedside manner ever! Young dental nurse snatched the glasses out of my hand and was so rude. I will be putting in a formal complaint. I'd rather take my own teeth out than go back there!!!

Went here to get the pain in one of my teeth sorted out, worst mistake of my life was not getting it taken out to begin with. They discovered there was a crack in my tooth and my options were have the tooth removed or get a root canal. I chose root canal as I didn't want to get rid of the tooth since it was still healthy. Six appointments later and they have finally finished. However in the process they lost a small metal tip in the root of my tooth whilst trying to remove all the pulp. Then about two to three months after finally finishing up with all that nonsense my tooth starts to hurt again. I rang and told them everything that happened, including the fact that they told me if I get pain again it might be because of the metal piece they lost in my tooth. Still they told me the only thing they could offer me was a sit and wait appointment. I went for that appointment and they still messed around a bit eventually telling me I wouldn't get in that day and then calling me again and telling me that I actually would be able to as they had a cancellation. I went in and the dentist tried to sway me toward keeping the tooth and seeing a specialist assuming since I'm young I would want to keep it and spend a couple grand to do so for a tooth no one can even see. I said no a couple of times to the different things the dentist was saying and that I just want the tooth dealt with and taken out. They finally did and found that the metal piece the student had lost in my root not only broke off in my tooth but went past my root and into my gum as well as there being an abscess on the bottom of the root from the tooth not being cleaned out properly during the root canal. One of the worst and longest experiences I have ever had with a dental clinic, the dentist are all nice and polite but that just doesn't make up for such a mess up.

Don't take your children her for dental exams, the level of care is shocking, with inadequate dental examinations done and dental caries being regularly missed. These poor children then suffer toothaches and often have to have the tooth extracted at a private dental clinic in Albury or Wodonga

Can 100% guarentee no one will answer the phone when calling. The phone does not even ring at administration, (I even called while in the waiting room) it must be automatically set to go to answer machine at all times. Very inconvenient when needing to call at certain times. Call back times can be inconvenient.Dentists are regularly off on sick days, cancelling at last minute. Staff seem to do very little.
