Repaired my wife's heirloom ring to an amazing standard. The quality of work and service was above and beyond especially for the price. A lot of surrounding jewelers could learn a thing or too from Infini!

We ordered our wedding bands 2 months out from our wedding. Arrived to pick them up 2 weeks before the big day and one of them was completely different to the one we had ordered because the wrong code had been written down their end. We were told it would take another 6 weeks to make up the correct band by the two staff members working that day who weren't particularly helpful.We ended up bypassing the sales team and went above them to the jeweler/owner, who managed to turn around the correct ring within 3 days.I would be hesitant in going back again given the disaster above, however they did redeem themselves eventually.

I purchased my wedding ring here which only took a week (I only need to adjust the size ) and all the sales people were so nice.I can't handle the pressure when the sales people try to sell stuff too hard but infini staff made me feel really comfortable to choose what I want. they use good quality of diamonds and price is reasonable as well.

Peter made my engagement ring that I designed and even suggested a slight change which I'm now so glad he did. I love it! He really knows jewelry and his attention to detail is impeccable. I even had him do my wedding band because there was no way I could go anywhere else after the perfect job he did on my first ring and his prices are much lower than other places I was quoted. I love them both so much and can't wait to go back when it's time to get my infinity ring. Highly recommend!

got my engagement ring custom with this shop. the jeweller really knows what he is doing. he is such attention to detail. i wanted a ring with beautiful vintage looking gallery with tiny diamonds on it. he did a perfect job. turned out prettier than i expected. for the amount of work and craftsmanship, the price is extremely affordable. highly recommend this shop.

I have been a long time customer of personalised custom made jewellery from the wonderful team at Infini. Davina has always looked after me and adhered to my special requests no matter what and customer service is their number 1 trait. All my “Z+” monster sized 18ct diamond rings are still fabulous 9 years on and my 24ct diamond custom sovereign is outstanding. Not to mention my 60cm 280g plus chain. Thankyou guys!

Partner and I went in looking at engagement rings, they worked within our budget to give us the best quality ring we could get. Our centre diamond is gia certified which no other jeweler was offering for our price bracket, they were having a sale at the time so got an amazing ring for a lower price. Ring had to be made to fit the centre stone we were told 4 weeks but ended up being 5 or 6 but when we picked it up we were not disappointed it is exquisite. The valuation for insurance came back as being worth more than double what we paid. They offer free cleaning whenever you want to pop in and only $50 to get rhodium plated cheaper than any other jewler. We are very pleased and will be back to get our wedding bands.
