Started my search for an engagement ring here, and after circling around to around 10 other stores, ended up right back here to buy a dream ring within my budget. The jewellery is beautiful, and after learning so much about the specs of a diamond ring, I can say that the jewellery is also very high quality.My favourite thing about the business is the amount of customisation offered - I could fit the size of lab-grown diamond I wanted on the type of band I wanted.Noor and Sam made me feel welcome from the beginning, offered expert advice and top tier service. My whole family has now heard about Manhattan Jewellery from me and will be making their future purchases from here.Highly recommend to anyone wanting to make a high quality jewellery purchase and wanting to enjoy the experience of doing so!

This family owned business is something else.. you do not receive customer service at this level anymore. It was amazing. We randomly walked into this store, trying to decide on what engagement ring we would like. Not only were we given knowledge behind each peice, but we were not met with a 'pushy sale'. They gave us space to discuss, not trying to sell sell sell which I find extremely uncomfortable( found this in multiple jewlers earlier that day)Our 3 month old baby is quite unwel and was obviously taking a turn in store. This was very distressing for my partner and I and Noor handled us with so much kindness and care. I felt like we were sitting in her lounge room. We were not rushed out but we were met with true compassion for our very sad situation and was given enough time to gather ourselves and continue to pick our ring.My partner proposed to me a week after with the ring of my dreams.. all thanks to you Noor. Thankyou for guiding us in the right direction. Iam so genuinely happy with it. Promise to come back so you can have a cuddle and a picture with our handsome man xx

I purchased a beautiful engagement ring for my partner with the Manhattan Jewellery family and I was blown away with their honesty and the amount of support they provided. Couldn't have been happier with the outcome and couldn't recommend them enough!

I enquired to get my engagement ring resized and my gold necklace fixed, Manhattan Jewellery replied to me quite promptly, they were really sweet and accomodating. When I came in to hand in my jewellery, they explained to me how they would fix it and even gave me some options while assuring me that my ring & necklace would be safe as they have a Jeweller in the house. They fixed it within 2 days and even polished them clean! When I came to pick it up, my ring was shinier than ever. The lady was so sweet, their customer service is outstandingly great & I would definitely go back again! I feel like I finally found a jeweller I can trust & would recommend to my friends and family.
