Extremely happy with the very professional service I received, these guys are great to deal with. After calling Tom, he squeezed me in and was here the next day, which I was most appreciative as my torque wrench was way out of calibration. Tom calibrated it on site for me and I was back in action the same day. His pricing is very, very competitive, I even bought a new Norbar torque wrench too at a great price, he has stock in his van which I didn't realise, a real one stop shop. I've since used my new Norbar and I am very impressed with the quality. The calibration certificate matched the day of purchase, as Tom re-certified the new one too, regardless of the fact it already had one, but it was a month old!Thanks Tom & Michele for your excellent service, see you again in 6 months when I will need their calibration checked again.
