Shallow Inlet Campground

Tent this place from my youth. Come down to camp with my wife and found a bloody gate here. Guess 20 yrs means that you can not go camping where you e would like to. Apparently the season for camping is Nov-April. Tough luck of you like camping in winter.

Nice place to camp. The ranger is very helpful.

Management were very rude No BBQ share kitchen was discussing mens toilet urinals were over flooding very smelly laundry room was terrible over all would never go back could only stay 1 night an wasn't sure if we were going to get a refund for other night.very unpleasant place to camp would not recommend.

I had a wonderful stay, great campsite that allowed me to have my dog (on lead) with me. Owners were lovely and the booking process was quick and easy :)

Large sites with trees for shade and brush for privacy. Beach access so close and long strolls were enjoyed daily. Cleanest drop loos I've ever seen.Caretakers were lovely.

Quiet little camp nestled away. Beautiful sunsets. Great caretakers. No showers but toilet and running water. Very cheap stay.

Peaceful and super clean. No showers or kitchen, but you can take a dip in the inlet for that. Great value and hosts are knowledgeable and lovely.

Beautiful campsite right on the beach and a short drive into the Prom. We stayed 4 nights in Jan and although it was fully booked it didn't feel too busy at all. Each site is nicely surrounded by trees so you still have privacy. Drop toilets we're clean and didn't smell! There were plenty around, as well as water taps to fill buckets etc. Can't connect vans to water and no showers but the beach was shallow and warm to take a dip/bath! Keep your eyes open for wildlife around the site and snakes in summer. Perfect for families and dog friendly (on lead). Nov-Apr need to book in advance. Otherwise its free the other months but no water. Easy to find, go right to the end of the road, past the holiday park. Rangers were lovely. We will definitely be back!

Nice and private campground spot with beautiful view, just few minutes walk.

Down to earth careakers, booking was easy camp-site was clean and well kept. No showers onsite or fires allowed but so cheap and easy. The site was fully booked but everyone had their own spot and it didnt feel cramped at all. Lovely stay, highly recommended!
