Rod from Refined Plumbing repaired a leak from a burst pipe under our laundry floor. We are very pleased with the excellent service and professionalism. He was so quick to respond to our emergency. I've used Refined twice in the last couple of weeks to re-run water lines after pipes burst under the slab. On both occasions Jarrod and Michael were very professional and did a great job. They were no problem to have around the house all day and when the job was completed everything was cleaned up and restored to the way they found it. I started using Refined after they were recommended by an insurance specialist to troubleshoot an ongoing serious water leak. It was a difficult problem to diagnose as the pipes were concealed and the plumbing plans were very ambiguous. I tried several contractors before them and no one knew what to do and the problem subsequently worsened over time. Rod and Jarrod conducted a comprehensive assessment and applied creative thinking and managed to rectify the problem….permanently.Following that I referred them to family who also had a roof leak into a bedroom; they had also tried several contractors over a few years to no avail.
