I am extremely disappointed and have received poor customer servicedo not order online with this companyI purchased a high end of the market Janome machine online on 11/2/23 which was advertised as being availablewe received conformation of the sale but no tracking detailswe called on Tuesday 14/2/23 to be told that they were trying to locate a machine for me and they would remove the add on the website so this would not reoccurI was then advised they could not supply a machine but would be very happy to do a deal on a second hand machine insteadNO THANK YOUThey did not at any time try to contact me even though they had all my information with the orderThey are not trustworthy or customer focusedthe advertisement for the machine still appears on the website even though they have no stockCall the store do not order online

Excellent Company. I placed my order online for an Elna 2000 sewing machine on Friday afternoon and it was delivered at lunchtime THE NEXT DAY!! As for the Elna, I am absolutely delighted with it. It is perfect for a novice like me and is easy to use. Highly recommend The Sewing Machine Company. Thanks Bob.

The staff go above and beyond with their service. They took the time to teach me some basics on using the Janome FD216 and helped so much, in regards to the transportation of the machine. You can easily see how knowledgeable they are and the care they have for sewing. Lots of information can be found on the website and also over the phone. Very kind service and great prices, would recommend!

This is a very good place to have your machine serviced. My Janome is over 50 years old and was getting a bit tired and needed attention. Bob has given it new life,it is as good as new now. The service was prompt and the staff in the shop were friendly knowledgeable. Thank you Bob, a good job done.I would also like to commend the staff in the shop, particularly Olivia , who were very ,kind and helpful to me when I tripped and fell outside the shop .
