Bonnie and I just love our special time together at Maestro Possums. It's just our Bonnie and Nanny thing. Bonnie has been going to Possums since she was 6 months old and now at 3 years old, she has really developed amazing rhythm and has even started to learn to read music. Outside of class time we sing the songs together and have so much fun. The monthly CDs are the only music that we play when we are in the car together and it never ceases to amaze me how quickly she learns the lyrics. It's really great to have an activity that's just for us and is also a fabulous way to keep her entertained on Nanny Day Care day.

Mila & I love going to Possums every week. To see Mila gain confidence in just a few short weeks & easily crawl around interacting with other babies & Mums is wonderful. She also recognises cues now at class - when Sally or JP starts bringing around the basket of instruments Mila happily crawls up to them to get one. Both Sally & JP are very kind & caring people who are obviously aware of babies development stages too.We can't wait to see what we learn next term!!

As a grandparent, Maestro Possums ticks so many boxes. Not only does it give me a chance to do something fun with my granddaughter it has allowed us to build positive relationships with the teachers Sally and JP and the other nanas and parents too.The programs are educational, where building upon not only musical knowledge and skills but also creativity through exploration of musical instruments, song, rhyme, language, and the social skills of sharing and turn taking. My granddaughter just loves attending each week and enjoys singing along to the CD at home too.We love maestro possums so much that we have been participating for 1.5 years and don't plan on stopping. The next question will be what instrument will she want to learn. If your thinking of participating in a musical program that is fun, engaging interactive and affordable then Maestro Possums is the one for you.

We started Maestro Possums when my daughter was just 6 months old, & we continue to enjoy our weekly classes two years on! She absolutely loves the social aspect of the class, & has made some special friendships along the way. Sally & JP provide a fun & nurturing environment that allows for the kids to express their talents & interests in different ways each week.

We love Maestro Possums!!!All 3 of my kids have either done Kindermusik classes or Instrumental lessons through Maestro Possums. The Kindermusik classes are always fun, the kids love playing lots of different instruments & singing along to all the songs. My kids really enjoy the CD of the music that they get to keep & sing along to at home. Both Sally & JP are wonderful music teachers who always make everyone feel welcome and give each child personal attention throughout the class, they always bring energy, passion, and fun to every Kindermusik class! My eldest son has had both recorder & flute lessons with JP. He is a very patient, engaging, motivating & dedicated teacher & my son has really enjoyed learning from him.I highly recommend Maestro Possums to all! :)

I started taking our daughter to classes at Maestro Possums two years ago when she was five months old and she has loved it the whole time, it’s the highlight of her week. She loves going there and playing with the other kids. Sally and JP are awesome! They’re so lovely and friendly to the children and adults. The lessons are very interactive and fun, where the children can sing, dance and play with instruments. The take home CD's are also an added bonus, as it is my daughter’s favourite thing to listen to. Music is a great way to learn and have fun and taking her to Maestro Possums has been a really good experience and we would recommend others to do it too!

They say music is a universal language. It evokes emotions and brings people together. My daughter LOVES Maestro Possums. She looks forward to it each week. Sally and JP are amazing with the kids.My daughter enjoys that she gets to play a vast range of instruments, learns songs to sing and that she gets a new C.D. every month. She has such fun moving to the music, singing and story time. It boosts her confidence and brings her joy. It makes me so happy as a mother to see how much Maestro Possums provides to my daughter.

Going to Maestro Possums is one of the highlights of our week and I cannot recommend it highly enough. My daughter started as a ‘Baby Possum’ when she was 8 months old and is now a ‘Toddler Possum’. She loves trying out all the different instruments, socialising with the other children and their parents and packing away her instruments (this is one of my favourite parts because now she helps pack away at home too!).We love getting online activities and new music each month (we listen to it in the car or at home each day) and joining in in all the different activities and songs. It’s really exciting when you see your young child recognise songs, do the actions and demonstrate the new skills they’ve learnt in class at home!Sally and JP are lovely and caring teachers. They know all the children and their personalities well and you never feel like you’re rushed out the door because your lesson is finished. We love Maestro Possums!

We have been attending Maestro Possums classes with our son for over a year now, and to see him grow and enjoy the magic of music has been absolutely amazing. The classes are full of fun and engaging activities for both kids and parents, and on top of enjoying the music, our son has learned so many social skills, and has become so much more confident too. He adores Sally and JP, he loves all those age-appropriate musical instruments he can play with (and pack away!) at the class, and we certainly look forward to our new CD every month. We play Maestro Possums music on repeat in the car, and it has been making our car rides much more fun since he was nine months old - as many parents know, driving the car with the screaming baby in the back seat is not the most enjoyable experience, and our sanity has been saved many times thanks to the familiar music we can all listen to. Our screaming baby would stop crying and would start listening, and now as he is older, he often dances and sings in his seat too. We even took our CDs with us on our New Zealand holiday! In addition to the new music we get every month, there is great online content we have access to via the Kindermusik website with suggested activities to do at home with your child, videos, downloadable PDFs, etc, etc.We highly recommend Maestro Possums classes to anyone who would love to do something special together with their children. Introducing your baby to music from when they are just a few months old is one of the best gifts you can offer them!
