Sea Kayak Jervis Bay

This experience was one of the best ever! We spent the morning kayaking along Jervis Bay and saw seals, rays, sea eagles and more! Kayaking here was a dream - clear turquoise blue waters that were like glass. Even though it's june and winter, the weather was perfect and the sea was calm - and not too cold!Dane was amazingly knowledgeable, patient and friendly! He ensured we were all prepared for the tour, and equipped us with all we needed to stay dry on the kayak, which I appreciated! And even prepared morning tea for us which we enjoyed at the mid-way point on a beach. As a local, he answered all my questions for recommendations and was so passionate in sharing about his work. Thank you, Dane, for an incredible experience!

I tend to not trust reviews when they are all 5 stars --- but I can't not give 5 star rating, for such an incredible experience!Wasn't sure what to expect being a novice kayaker in winter time, but Dane made it very easy, comfortable, and dry for us. I was silly enough not to wear waterproof top (everyone else did) so my arms got drenched and at times cold, but not to the point of being unbearable.Dane's love and passion for the Bay really stands out. He was also extremely giving (and pragmatic!) with local tips and made our rather short stay very memorable. Dane is a natural communicator, he was very friendly but not to the point of dominating conversations as some do, which was also great. He knew just when to be generous with tips and stories and when not to.Thank you so much Dane for a great day out!

We had a great time on the kayaking trip with Dane. As we were about to get into our kayaks first thing in the morning a few dolphins swung by to say good morning which was pretty amazing. Dane was great with showing us how the kayaks worked and making sure that we were comfortable throughout the day. After following the dolphins for a bit we proceeded down the coast checking out some lovely sights on the way. A while later we then stopped at a lovely beach for a break and some nice morning tea that Dane had prepared. While relaxing at the beach we checked out some cool little caves right beside there and saw a massive stingray in the water. We then headed back to our starting point, stopping to see a stingray at a pier on the way back. Overall it was a really great experience and we had a very enjoyable time. Dane was really helpful with suggestions and happy to answer any questions we had, he also got some amazing photos/videos of the day so we didn't have to worry about it - he is a fantastic guide!

Had a great experience during this morning's kayak tour. It began with some playful dolphins followed by a morning tea at Murray’s beach with some beautiful clear water. Dane is a very knowledgeable and welcoming person which made this experience all the more enjoyable. I would happily do this tour again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Fantastic day out on the water. Dane was full of knowledge & local history. Witnessed plenty of wildlife including sea eagles catching fish, pelicans & various other endangered birds, as well as numerous rays & fish.Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.Will never forget the experience.Such a beautiful area & a super tour guide.

We had the most memorable experience kayaking with Dane at Jervis Bay. This was our first time kayaking and five minutes into the trip we were chasing Dolphins! Call it beginner's luck or a tale to tell. Dane is the most friendly and professional guide. His easy nature and engaging talks about the biodiversity around Jervis Bay will surely take away all that anxiety and in no time you would be reaching the beach safely after a 10.5km kayaking route! We thoroughly enjoyed this experience and will recommend to chat with Dane to plan your next kayaking trip. Count us in, because we're definitely coming for more.

My teenagers and I had such a wonderful time kayaking along the beach of Jervis Bay. We didn't even feel tired because Dane did such a nice job of ensuring that we were safe and comfortable and we stayed dry!! Definitely a must do if you're visiting Sydney. Dane was a brilliant, very friendly & informative tour guide. We were very lucky and got beautiful weather and spotted dolphins and penguins. The kayaking was very fun & we stopped at a beach for a swim and refreshments provided by Dane. It was a small group too.

Recently had the pleasure of experiencing this wonderful sea kayaking experience with Dane! We were lucky enough to come across dolphins in the morning, along with a manta ray & other wildlife along the way. Dane has such great knowledge of the area & wildlife. The beaches taken to during the experience are beautiful & photographs/videos captured by Dane just don’t do it enough justice. Couldn’t recommend this tour enough if you’re in the Jervis Bay area! :)
