They cleaned our gutters and installed Gutterguards. Most of the gutter guards have come off and they were not responsive. Now they have called back and will find some one to fix it. Lets see how they go.

I booked a gutter clean with cleanmade. They had to move the project out a few times due to other projects taking longer than expected, which I understand, but about a week later they arrived on site. They were very friendly and we agreed on an extra cost to do a large shed as well. When they left, I decided to do a fly over with my drone to see what was done and found that all the leaves from my house gutters were blown onto the veranda roof and caused a blockage on the verandah. I lodged a dispute with cleanmade and sent them the photos. I then received an email stating that I was verbally told the shed and the verandah would be extra. I replied stating that this was false information I was told the shed would be extra but I was never told the verandah would be extra. She stated that they will come back and do the verandah but I have to pay extra. I then stated they told me they record all phone conversations and that if they send me the recording where I agreed to this, I would pay their invoice immediately, but if they don’t do that, the invoice is in dispute. When I rang the office I was met with an extremely rude staff member, this was the same lady I spoke to when booking the job in. I reiterated that I would pay their invoice immediately if she would send me the recording of our conversation where I agreed to the verandah not being included. She laughed out loud and hung up on me. I then rang back where she kept raising her voice at me and interrupting me not letting me finish s ingle sentence. I asked her why she hung up on me and she said it was because of my threatening email. I stated that my emails are all available to be read by anyone, there was nothing threatening about them. I stated for a 3rd time that I will pay as soon as I receive the recording. She then told me she will send it straight away. Almost a month later I have not received anything. I know this conversation they claim never happened hence they can’t send it to me. I have since made contact with the site team, as they appear to be subcontractors and I did not want them to go unpaid due to the error made by Cleanmade. We came to an agreement and I will pay them what was originally agreed. The same rude lady rang me again and told me that they will send debt collectors to my house if I do not pay. Their office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, it is also illegal to threaten someone with debt collectors when there is a dispute. If you plan to use them, make sure you know exactly what is included. On the written quote they stated that the shed would be extra, which I agreed on, but nowhere does it state anything about the verandah not being included. This makes no sense as it does not solve a problem, it just removes the blockage from the house roof onto the verandah roof.

Used Darian Abraham from CleanMade Australia for gutter cleaning work recently. Darian and his co-worker did a great job and completed things quickly and efficiently. We were given before and after photos and the gutters - previously overgrown with moss and weeds as well as being clogged up with leaves - were almost spotless upon completion of the job. Found Darian and team to be courteous, knowledgeable and highly professional. No hesitation in recommending their services to anyone looking for excellent roof gutter cleaning.

Imran and colleague came to clean my gutters. Incredible job, punctual, also sealed some of the roof tiles. Very happy with the quick service and friendly communication. Great experience, will definitely use CleanMade/Imran again.

Booked appt on Monday. They called Monday to make it Monday afternoon, I accepted. Called Monday afternoon to advise that they will be here Tuesday. I accepted. They called Tuesday morning to advise they will attend Tuesday afternoon. I accepted. They called tuesdayafternoon to advise that they can come Friday. I accepted. They arrived Friday 8am.Left 9.30am. Paid approx 350.. no photos or reply to my email regarding the mess the downpour left Friday night? And leaking from the gutters.Not to mention the dirt that was sprayed all.over the front of the house and on the car.The add said the debris would be vaccumed out and I would be provided before and after shots. Yet to be received. I have texted them photos of the gutter leak/ overflow and the water thats accumulated after a heavy downpour UNDER our pergola which wasnt like that before with no reply. They didn't vaccum the dirt out, they high pressured it out and all.of that debris went flying around our house and on our car and driveway causing slip hazard for our 5 y.o also.I'm sick and tired of paying for a service and not getting what was promised/ advertised. If you cant be bothered doing your job, don't do it at all - find another profession.The team that came out would be able to tell anyone that our home could do with some outside and I have the funds now to get done. Shame, they've lost business.Who knows what they'v done up there.
