Picked up my new Subaru XV a week ago and went with the local dealer-installed Subaru towbar. I had advised I had a hitch bike carrier rack to install which I ended up not be able to secure with the way they had cut the bumper bar to install. Anyway, after 2 phonecalls and getting nowhere, I called in to Miami Towbars where a wonderful man helped me to find a workaround and advised me to go back to the dealership to fix a suboptimal installation. Thank you! I could tell it was a busy day so thanks again for helping me.

This company supply and installed a Hayman Reese WDH system. After making our journey north the bars made several contacts with the ground barely 110mm clearance, I made enquiries with Hayman Reese H.O. who advise the wrong bars had been fitted, this was confirmed by their dealer in Mackay, an absolute disgrace this could have caused a severe accident. The system now replaced by professional competent mechanics.Future customers beware.

I had a terrible experience getting a tow bar installed on my car, they blew fuses which caused my vehicle to not start & fried the Amp that I had for my sound system, not only did my car sit in the shop for just under a week but I was forced to pay $1200 out of my own pocket to fix all the damaged, when I asked for compensation they told me it wasn’t there fault so they refused to pay.
