Very racist stuff in craigieburn store specially who came here as refugees but behave like Australia is their mother land .thats why lot of my known people nvr go there .they prefer good guys Essendon .

Worst customer service, it seems like they don't want to serve non Caucasians. If you take a product that is faulty, they will treat you as if you have done it on purpose.

Totally worse, you wait for nothing. they have the display, but they don't have the product anymore. Take not 2 different items. Please remove the display if you don't have the item because the customer expects it's available

Very poor customer service. Was waiting for customer service for atleast 15 mins with every staff member walking past looking away. I waited for 15 mins to ask if any PS5 consoles were in stock only to go to the counter and being told that they completely ran out.If you want to encounter staff who are racist and make you feel anything but welcome the please visit the Craigieburn store. Felt like I was asking for kidney.

Very Rude customer service...went to buy a phone and Kat"was very reluctant to assist.when requested for price match and said that ill do it for you for now but we won't accept that store.i said why and kat started saying you don't need to be argumentive. She ticked the form for extras without asking me if I require it and when I questioned about it she stated that ohh I was about to get to it anyway you asked. I haven't seen such reluctant customer service where you just rush Customers and don't have any interest to provide any sort of proper customer service."

Jess is a legend give this man a pay raise.His energy and customer service skills are a reflection of the organization. I’ll go out of my way to shop here. Keep it up guys.

Last cashier was rude for a simple mistake I made with an online order. Why can't they be courteous to explain the customer about missing info.I guess young workers aren't trained to be polite and welcoming. Will be looking for another shop to get my electronic needs.

Very friendly staff. Great parking. Good range of products. I ordered a 12Volt TV and it was waiting for me at reception. Reasonable price too.

Customer service was shocking! I was there for 20 minutes waiting to get help on a product all they said was they will call someone like 3 times and no one showed up. There’s no staff other than one guy who’s looking at the whole store. Jb Craigieburn you have just lost a regular customer!

I have been coming to this store for over 2 years now and majority of the time I've been serviced by one of the staff members Mr Matt Rowl . I must say his passion to help out in any matter regardless if he served me that day or not , he alwaay found a solution for.the situation im at. It's normal to ger a resolution to always go above and beyond to make sure all options have been looked into before giving a final answere is really what customer service is all about. I sincerely appreciate his work and hats down for always taking that extra 2 mons to make sure we have the best outcome .1 case was I had purchased chargers from a store I will not name (northlands) and staff member walked me and assured me it will be the fast charger for my phone after I specifically asked to have a fast charger. $65 later and it was not the charger for my phone.Next day went to craigieburn store and was served by Matt. He literally tried over 4 chargers just to make sure that I have the correct item. Just the extra step he took made worth for to always be a loyal customer to jb .Once again really appreciate the hard work and dedication from him . Keep it up .
