We were so happy with Mazda Rockhampton with the service they gave us. They went out of there way to help us as we were from out of town. They organised to help us with accommodation and even dropping us and our fur babies to the accommodation. They kept us up to date with the car. Disappointed in Rockhampton madza after 2 services that have been incomplete and found things not working after the service even if they were ticked on the service sheet. Will not be returning and will encourage others to go elsewhere

I was very impressed with this place, I was going to be a little late so I called ahead and they still took me. They did an amazing service! But also found a tiny chip in my windscreen that they fixed up. Plus the customer service was absolutely amazing!!They did however leave dirty hand prints on my roof lining, not the best thing to see in not even a week old car.

The service here is non-existent, staff are cheeky and will not ring you back, whatever you do, don’t bring your vehicle here, you’ll regret it. if I could give a zero star I would.

Took my 2013 CX5 in last week for diagnostic testing after lights came on intermittently. Rockhampton Mazda organised with Mazda Australia to complete tests and make repairs under their warranty. Very pleased with the outcome. Car was returned washed and cleaned inside. Win win.

Excellent customer service. Definitely a 5 star experience from beginning to end. My car looks and feels brand new again. The courtesy drop off and pick up, service updates, free coffee in the waiting area and complimentary vacuum and clean, to name a few points were greatly appreciated.

Brought a second hand vehicle, aircondition had issues, under warranty and mazda Rockhampton Mazda would not come ro party. Only had the vehicle for 4 weeks and let and let Rockhampton Mazda know straight away. Did not return calls and finally after chasing it up said they would fix it if I was in Rockhampton but where not going to pay another Mazda dealership to do it. Payed them their asking price with warranty but they just want to weazzle from providing good service.
