Since the ownership has changed, the service is excellent now than before. I went to locate missing parcel and the staff went out of their way to locate it although it was not with them. Have seen also added variety of new cards and gifts. Especially like their collection of children books and toys.

Rang to advise of parcel delivery card left at my property for a person neither me nor the neighbours have heard of. Told to IGNORE IT as the person whose parcel it is will get in touch with them. (Will they?) Customer service at its finest...not.

Worst customer service ever. Rang to see if you can do verification of identity. Yes we can. Get there, they don't have forms so we go get forms. Get back there and no we don't do photos". Attitude of lady was shocking!!!"
