These tax accountants took my tax return without my permission and has been nothing but a stuff around trying to get it back can’t answer calls can’t answer emails worst tax accountants I’ve ever dealt with. They admitted they take thousands of peoples tax returns and admitted they don’t return it till people call for it or the ato has sent them a receipt so they can refund it. I did one tax return online through the ato not even through this business and they have still taken it. Will not be recommending these guys to anyone. Multiple calls and they said they were sorting it out and a whole day later no reply to let me know what’s happening no emails or calls to notify me what is going on.So I just had them reply to my review telling me that I entered their bank account details instead of mine first off I don’t know their bank details and why would I enter their bank detail instead of my own bank details? I also called the ato the lady I spoke with told me that they have my money but yet they are telling me they don’t have it so In other words they are calling a government worker a liar when I done my return online the bank details I seen on there were my bank details and In that 2 weeks of doing the return they put their own details in and deleted mine.Once again why would I want my money to go to these grubs instead of my family hmmm and once again I don’t know their bank details they also blocked me from replying to their reply
