Lost a $400-worth parcel that was meant to have been delivered to Christchurch but was signed for at Hawkes Bay depot. Been waiting for 3 weeks now for any update through the retailer who seem to have difficulty getting any response from you guys. If it's not lost or stolen yet, the least you can do is communicate and provide better support. Appalling.

Worst customer service and communication can’t even locate my parcel cannot tell me where it is etc showing “delayed “ asked simple question oh it’s not in the drivers cage I’m told ok where is it then? Told them it’s a birthday present awaiting to go to someone zero care Aramex is the worst shipping company! Never want to deal with them again does your level of reviews not reflect you guys need to do something better?

Terrible business - they rebranded to hide a previously terrible reputation, and now they've just gone and done it again. Almost every time I've received a parcel where Aramex was the courier the vehicle has returned to depot at the end of the day with my parcel still onboard and it gets delivered at some point" in the future. It is ridiculously expensive. The company I work for is now being charged $51.06 to send a box of wine from Napier to Nelson. We use their printer system and online portal to make it easier for their driver scheduling, but it is cheaper to just buy a book of old skool sticker/tickets and bypass their whole online offering.

There answer phone message says they close at 5.30pm well I've just rung them and it's 5.07 pm snd they are closed. As for the parcel I'm looking for. The last 4 days it has Said its. with the courier .I've rung aramex last 3 days in a row trying to track down my parcel every day they promise me it will be delivered today. And 4 days later I'm still waiting for it read all the reviews on here not a good company to deal with many one star reviews

Love getting your package thrown around? Like having your items damaged? Go no further use Aramex!!!!!Better still use someone NZ post might cost more but at least you'll get your items in one piece.I wanted to upload the footage I have of the courier driver throwing my package but I left it on their Facebook page instead.

I realize the Hawkes Bay team is busy as . Top notch. The drivers are friendly as and damn good . Credit where credit is due . Any hiccups i have rang them. Sorted .Thank you Terry ... Appalling service. We had a package sent BEFORE lockdown. It's been almost three weeks. Finally got through to someone on the phone. They basically explained that our package was probably tagged as going to a business (we're not a business) and was probably thrown in a cage with all the undeliverable mail (for businesses that are closed during lockdown). Was essentially told we'd just have to wait till we change alert levels and they process these. So much for the 1-2" days delay they have on the website. Sounds like your package could easily be delayed a month."
