Worst service ever and no stock. Old guy tried to sell me a Crop sensor mount only for my full frame, selling it as the best lens there is on the market. Incompetent.

Absolutely awesome customer service from the friendly and professional Steph, who worked closely with us to get our photos printed in an extremely short timeframe and the best quality. She went over and above to make it happen for us. Totally recommend this shop.

They are best, I was in bit of rush and I went there in Noon, I just told them it's little urgent and they were really helpful and while my Passport Photos were getting done, we had lots of chat about Alice Springs and I really loved the conversation we had that day.I'll always choose or highly recommend them for business.

Our online order from a Melbourne company of a new charger and battery did not arrive before we left Brisbane but knew we would be in Alice Springs during the following week. Made a call to Jerome who responded straight away and confirmed he could order both in for us. Happy campers as we now have what we need for the rest of our trip. Highly recommend Jerome and his store. Thanks for all your help.

Im in QLD. Ordered 2 prints and quoted $32.50each so total $65.. paid $65 over the phone and my sister picked the print up. only to get home and only one print. emailed and contacted the store with no reply whatsoever to offer an explanation or refund, or even the other print.. this is the way they treat their customers, will not be going back. and sure have spread the word about their bad customer service. still to today, not even a reply. Will be going to Consumers Affairs to make a complaint
