Friendly faces, shocking workmanship!We got our dual axle van serviced at 5000km. An annual service was performed with some items on the list clearly ticked but not done (i.e. awning check). We were also charged for the re-fill of an unused (and full) gas bottle).The real issues however were more serious:-Upon entering the cabin, the water pump switch was hanging from the wall and the pump continuously pumping. We called and were told the air / water mix screw was adjusted and to try to turn it back. Funny enough, as internet research on the pump in question revealed there is no such adjustment screw. In the end we had to get the pump replaced in Melbourne, by the manufacturer. Coincidence, maybe.-The handbrake was adjusted" to just 2 clicks. This resulted in the front breaks running hot in hilly terrain. We got that adjusted by a mechanic in SA after being advised by the van dealer that 4 if not 5 clicks are what's needed

My wife and I are travelling through Tasmania from interstate and we had an issue with the door handle on our motorhome. King's were very accommodating in fitting us in while travelling and Chris had the problem sorted out in a matter of minutes. He was professional and efficient and had us back on the road in no time. These guys are not even worth a rating disgusting service.I was in touch back in November 2022 regarding a couple of windows to be replaced told it would be January I rang in February to find out whats going on told by Ella she would get back to me it's now April still waiting ....Prior to that I had trouble with a security screen door, nope they wanted nothing to do with it I had to chase parts andsort the door and get an outsider to fixBought brand new treated like dirtDon't go there just RUN
