Just want to say a big thank you to all the Mpire Homes team and especially to Marius. We are more than happy with the company professionalism. Our project was difficult - a huge 2 storey extension to the existing house on a steep road and land. But team totally nailed it! All building services nowadays have to cope with delays and price increases. And again this company tried to do their best to finish our project in time and cost effectively. We have built a few houses in the past and have learnt a lot along the way. When we were looking to select a builder for our “forever home”, we met with many builders and short listed 4 building companies. Mpire Homes stood out from the very beginning as Marius was willing to spend the time with us to tailor a quote on a home that would meet our needs, but still have a complete custom feel. We were able to see a few of the homes he had finished and was currently building at the time. The quality of the builds stood out for us, so it became an easy decision to sign a contract with them. Marius was with us throughout the whole process and was very responsive to all my questions and emails. As with every custom build, there were minor issues, but his words he told us on our first meeting resonated with us and provided comfort that everything would be resolved properly. He said, he knew there would be issues throughout the process, but he it is his name at risk so he would do everything within his power to resolve any such issues. From my experience, Marius is a man of integrity, and the home is more than we could have ever expected with no building issues to speak of. He was also very flexible as throughout the build small design changes were made by us, and he accommodated all of them. It has been about 12 months since handover, and we are still blown away each and every day that we now have our dream house.I would recommend Mpire Homes to anyone that want a house built to the highest quality.
