A great martial arts school. It has excellent teachers, who are very knowledgeable and safe in practice and delivery of subject. It also has a good atmosphere for all ages to learn in.

Kupso Martial Arts and Fitness
Kupso Martial Arts provides a great blend of Jiu Jitsu and self defence training, theoretical understanding and fun games. My 9 yo has been attending for 1 year already and loves her weekly sessions. Allan, the instructor is really knowledgeable and works to build up a great rapport with the kids whilst instilling in them respect for trainers, courage and courtesy of others.
