Poolwerx Spearwood

Dropped my pool cleaner off for repair. Got quoted 3 times the price that the part is available for online with no guarantee this would repair the machine. so decided not to proceed with the repair. Picked up my cleaner in a scratched and beaten up condition. Staff were unapologetic when I pointed this out. Will be finding another shop to go to.Tag attached also said “customer said likely the cable but probably bullshit” when I collected it.Went to whiteman pools in bibra lake, was treated with respect and received a quote that was less than half of what poolwerx quoted me, and was treated politely.

Have to give a shout-out to Chris and the staff at this store. I have felt welcome on every visit and I always leave with a smile, which is more than I can say for most other places. All of my pool services have also been timely and thorough.The staff deserve reward and recognition for their amazing efforts in keeping people alive during this ridiculous summer season.

Carlie and Cory are awesome always cheerful and always immediately responsive. I’ve been with Poolwerkz for 10 years and I’ve never had a single problem or issue. 5 star service guys thank you

My experience with poolwerx spearwood was extremely disappointing. It took them 6 months to tell me they couldnt fix my spa. During this time our spa exterior was left open for rodents to make a mess, parts were taken off our spa without permission for weeks at a time, $300 worth of water was wasted and phone calls and emails were constantly not returned. I tried to be patient and understanding, but even after putting up with all that they went back on their promise to pay for it to be fixed through another company since they had wasted so much of my time and money over such an extended period of time. I have since spoken to a number of people in the community who have had similar experiences with this company. Life is hard enough as it is. Why do we need to treat each other like this. Its very disheartening.

Rang up the store for advice and cost of supplies. Fantastic customer service from the manager, offered expert and thorough advice, had the best prices by far for the parts and supplies I needed for my pool. My pool looks great now! Great place to commit for all my pool needs.

We booked an appointment for a pool service and to purchase a new chlorinator and pump but nobody showed up. When I rang the store to let them know they told me that it had definitely been booked in and maybe the technician was late and that they would call me back after speaking to the technician. I waited another half an hour for someone to call me back and nobody rang back so I called them up again and the gentleman I spoke to named Cory told me that the person I spoke to on the phone got it mixed up and that our job never existed. They even made the suggestion that we had never actually booked it in with poolwerx Spearwood, and when I told them the name of the technician his response was 'We do have that person working here but that's a pretty common name'. In the end Cory tried to put blame on us and tried to imply that this was our fault. Really disappointing given this was out first interaction with these guys and given I had to leave work early to make the appointment. Really poor service, really defensive and when I asked to reschedule he offered a time slot with a 3 hour window? I'm sure there are other pool stores around the area that would prefer our business.

Really Poor Communication & Customer Service!After staying home all day waiting, didn't turn up on day & time booked. Didn't return phone calls after querying if anyone was coming.The next day someone came at booked time, but employer just left without notifying customer (who was at home) & with no verbal communication of what he did & confirming fault!

Fast, friendly, no pressure service. Highly recommended.
